  • Harvey Vernon (n.) Born 30th June 1927 and passing away 9th October 1996, Harvey played the crossing guard in the movie Where Are My Children?.   • Hearts on Fire (n.) A.K.A. In Sickness and in Health. This movie is about a woman with multiple sclerosis, whose husband hires a young woman as a companion to her.   • Her Margnessness (n.) A term coined by Anne, who figures we have “Her Majesty, The Queen of England” so why not “Her Margnessness, The Queen of Everything”.

  • Herta Ware (n.) Born 9th June 1917 and passing away 15th August 2005, Herta Ware played Mrs Morris in the movie Species. Herta had also been in Practical Magic, ER and Beautiful Intentions. See Mrs Morris; Species; Dr Laura Baker.

  • Hidden Room, The (n.) This was a half hour anthology show about women in hardship. Marg played the character Jane in Season 1, Episode 6 A Friend In Need. See A Friend in Need; Jane.

  • Holly (n.) Holly was Anita and Jarrett Mattison’s daughter in the movie Hearts on Fire. Holly was played by Robyn Lively. See Robyn Lively; Hearts on Fire; Mickey.

  • Holly Hunter (n.) Born 20th March 1958, Oscar winner Holly Hunter played the character Dorinda Durston in the movie Always. Holly is a well known film actress, and is now starring in her own TV series Saving Grace. See Always; Rachel; Dorinda Durston.

  • Hope Murdoch Steadman (n.) One of the main characters in thirtysomething, Hope meets Marg’s character Cooper in the episode Weaning. Hope was played by Mel Harris. See Cooper, Weaning, thirtysomething, Mel Harris.

  • Howard Rodman (n.) Howard was one of the writers for the movie Blind Vengeance. He has also written for The Six Million Dollar Man. See Blind Vengeance; Virginia Whitelaw.

  • Hugh Helgenberger (n.) Marg’s father. An avid outdoorsman, Hugh worked at a meat-packing plant. He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and died in 1986—but not before seeing Marg at her best on Ryan’s Hope. He was the one who assured Marg she’d be beautiful, and Marg’s son Hugh is named after him.

  • Hugh (Hughie) Howard Rosenberg (n.) Born on October 21, 1990, Hugh is Marg and Alan’s son. He currently attends university. Once said there was nothing bad about having her as a mother. Spitting image of Marg.
