It’s November. You know what November means here on MaMa: Marg is having her 52nd birthday and MaMa turns six on November 16th this year! To celebrate the day, MaMa has organized a charity fundraising project as a gift to Marg from her fans as we did last year.

Also like last year, ALL funds raised will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation to honor Marg, her mother Kay, who is a 30-year breast cancer survivor, and their dedication to raising breast cancer awareness. We accept funds via PayPal, but you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a donation with your credit or debit card. Any amount of donation is welcome. No donation is too small. Even just one dollar helps make a difference.

A tribute card will be sent to Marg from Susan G. Komen for the Cure after we donate the funds to the foundation. We will post both the digital copy of the card and the confirmation letter/certificate after we get them. To show our gratitude to our generous donors, we will have a draw after the fundraiser ends. One lucky fan is going to win our prize.

• WHAT

  The prize is a copy of the shooting script for the CSI season 10 episode, The Lost Girls, which we got straight from Marg. The cover is signed by the full cast, including:

  Marg Helgenberger, Laurence Fishburne, George Eads, Jorja Fox, Eric Szmanda, Wallace Langham, Liz Vassey, David Berman, Robert David Hall and Paul Guilfoyle

  
  

• WHEN

  The fundraiser runs from November 6th 2010 to January 7th 2011

• HOW

  Donors don’t have to enter the draw, but if you would like to, here is how.

  After your donation is confirmed on our PayPal page, you will be taken to a form on MaMa. Fill out the form and submit it, and you will receive a confirmation from us shortly. If you don’t get a confirmation email from us within two days, please contact us and we will ask you to provide us with the information needed. For every dollar you donate, you get an entry into the draw. One can have 10 entries at most.

  The draw will be held within a week after the fundraiser ends. To avoid any conflict, the winner will be drawn at random, and all decisions are final.
