Birthday Project 2007

Express your love for Marg with the Margamania Birthday Project 2007!

We want you to submit fanart and fanvids for us to put on a CD. We’re going to send it to Marg, making sure it gets there in time for her birthday. Want to be part of it? It’s easy. Follow the rules below, and you’re in:

• Pick out what you want to send. Ten videos and ten pieces of fanart is the limit. The videos and/or fanart must be your own work. No matter how cool you think someone else’s stuff is, it is not cool to send it in.
• Compress your files in a .zip file and send it to Erica (erica — at — margamania.net), or upload the .zip file to a web host and send Erica the url to download your file.
• Include a short birthday message if you like (and we mean short — we will edit if necessary).
• We will compile the CD and send it off to Marg. The last day for sending stuff will be October 31, 2007.
• As to what you submit, it’s up to you. But we do have a few rules/regulations.
• We will have final say on what goes on the CD. If we think something is offensive in nature, Marg is not going to see it.
• Regarding offensive in nature. That means: 1. No bashing of real life/fictional characters and 2. Marg is married to Alan, not to Billy. Don’t send us Billy/Marg OMG Get married stuff. They’re already married to other people. This rule is also good for Gary, George, even yourself.
• We all know Marg has gotten down and dirty in some of her movies. But there’s no need to show her — she already knows what she looks like. We will not accept videos that we think go over the edge in good taste or showing Marg off.
• No fanfics. What’s that? No fanfics. We probably don’t want to creep Marg out in anyway. And it is doubtful that she will hire you to write for CSI…
• Remember, we can’t guarantee Marg is going to get this — but we will do our absolute best.
