And We Are Back…with Goodies

By • Filed in: Gallery, Media, Site

Ta-da!

I’m sorry that it took longer than expected, but finally, we’re back. Let’s see…most of the contents remain the same, but the navigation has changed. You’ll probably need a little time to get used to it, but it’s easy, really.

As for the news updates, I know the old posts look weird now, but that’s the best I could do. So I guess we’ll just have to live with that. Here’s something new, though: from now on you can post comments to our news articles and have discussions with fans from all over the world. :) I hope you enjoy the new website. If you have anything to say, please feel free to comment…but be gentle! ;)

With the return, we also bring you gallery/video updates:

» CSI dailies caps: 4×23 Bloodlines (100 caps)
» This Morning interview (Marg talks about women’s voting on October 14, 2006)

There is a new poll on the sidebar, too. Finally, Marg will attend the premiere of the new movie Swing Vote on Thursday, July 24th. Let’s hope there will be photos for us to drool at. ;)

CSI beat Idol, plus site updates

First of all, ratings report from CBS. I know the episode wasn’t that Catherine-centric (although still quite Catherine-heavy), but the promos certainly made the viewers think it was. So as Marg/Catherine fans, I thought you’d be happy to see this:CSI was Thursday’s Number One program in viewers on a night that included a special elimination edition of “American Idol,” according to preliminary Nielsen live plus same day ratings for April 10.CSI won its time slot in households (12.5/19), viewers (19.93m), adults 25-54 (7.3/17) and adults 18-49 (5.7/14). Compared to last week’s first-run return, CSI was up +1% in households (from 12.4/20), retained 97% of its viewers delivery (from 20.58m), 95% in adults 25-54 (from 7.7/19) and 97% in adults 18-49 (from 5.9/15).CSI outdelivered “American Idol” in viewers (19.93m vs. 19.57m).Here are our latest updates:New video» CSI 8×13 A Thousand Days on Earth sneak peek: “Grinding Up the Innocent with the Guilty” (wmv, 15.71 MB) » DownloadNew album» CSI 8×13 A Thousand Days on Earth screencaps » GoUpdated albums» CSI season 2 promotional stills » Go» The 2007 World Talent Style Lounge (January 12, 2007) » Go» 3rd Annual Women Rock! Ratings and spoilers

Source: BuddyTV’CSI’ Returns with Triumphant Numbers, Back Tonight with Another New EpisodeThursday, April 10, 2008CSI: Crime Scene Investigation returned last week with a vengeance, beating out the competition in its Thursday 9pm time slot and posting the biggest numbers among all shows aired from 8-11pm.CSI is back this week with its second all-new post-strike episode entitled “A Thousand Days on Earth.”Last week’s offering dubbed “Grissom’s Divine Comedy,” about the team’s investigation of the murder of several key witnesses in a grand jury case, drew a total of 20.6 million viewers, leading all programs shown from 8 to 11 that evening. It was followed by fellow CBS procedural, Without A Trace, with 15.4 million. In its 9-10pm bracket, CSI was well ahead of runner-up Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader, which had 10.25 million.(Spoiler warning)CBS will be hoping to sustain the momentum of CSI’s triumphant post-strike comeback with tonight’s episode, “A Thousand Days on Earth.” Tonight’s case has a particularly strong emotional pull on Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger) as they look into the disturbing death of an unidentified three-year old girl. Catherine becomes personally invested in the case of the girl found murdered behind a comedy joint. As we’ve previously reported, the story begins with an arrogant and tacky comedian delivering his act at a comedy club. After his performance, while searching for his car in the parking lot, the comic is nearly run down by a speeding car. When he manages to jump away from its path, the vehicle backs up and a man rolls his window down to tell comedian what a great show he just had. When the comic finally gets to his own car, he is stunned and shocked to find a box containing the dead body of a young girl, lying as though resting in a coffin.Tune in to “A Thousand Days on Earth,” CSI’s second post-strike offering, tonight at 9.-Rosario Santiago, BuddyTV Staff ColumnistSource: CBS, Spoiler TVYou can click here for a clip titled Patron Saint of the Desperate from tonight’s CSI episode A Thousand Days on Earth (wmv, 640×368, 9.67 MB).
