Marg: Catherine Is Passionate

We finally got a fan video clip from TF1′s CSI screening in Paris on May 6th. Marg answered a few questions about the show and Paris. When asked to describe Catherine Willows with a word, she said “passionate”. TF1 also prepared a big cake to celebrate the ten years of CSI and had Marg blow out the candles. The two episodes shown at the event were Sqweegel from season 11 and Fur and Loathing from season 4, which, according to Marg herself, is one of her favorite episodes.

Mendelsohn Dishes on CSI’s New Season

In the latest issue of the French magazine Télé 7 Jours (dated May 14-20) there is an interview with CSI show runner Carol Mendelsohn where she talks about Marg’s future on CSI and the focus of season 12. She also discusses the possibility of a CSI movie and a new spinoff. Besides the interview, there is also a blurb where Marg and Yolanda McCleary, the rea-life CSI that inspired the character of Catherine Willows, meet up and answer a few questions. Marg Talks about Staying on CSI

Last week we showed you a preview of an interview that the French website Toutelatele.com did with Marg where she talked about why she had decided to play Catherine Willows for one more season (although not full-time) and the possible ways for her to leave her team. Toutelatele.com posted the full interview today. Besides when and how to leave CSI, there are also discussions about her feelings for the show, scenes she’s proud of, etc.. Marg Expresses Her Desire to Do Plays

The Lady made sure to keep herself busy during her stay in Paris. Today, France’s TVMag.com website published an interview with Marg. Apart from answering a couple of common questions about CSI and whether she will be in season 12, she also talks about Paris and her boyfriend, and expresses her desire to do plays when she takes a step back from CSI. Marg on “50mn Inside”, May 7th 2011

As we know, Marg was on the French TV show 50mn Inside tonight France time. They showed video clips from the CSI screening on May 6th and from the show’s exclusive interview with her. Besides the standard Q&A (Justin Bieber, Catherine getting a boyfriend, returning in season 12…), Marg’s background was mentioned, too, and she told the interviewer the (old) story about working in a meatpacking plant as a “boner”.
