The cast and crew of CSI return to work this week to start filming the new season. Journal Review, a newspaper for Indiana’s Montgomery County has an article that includes quotes from an interview with the show’s art director Debra Wilbur who graduated from North Montgomery High School in 1982. Wilbur talks about her career after graduating high school and about working for CSI. She also states that her favorite actor on the show is Marg and says that Marg “is just such a sweetheart”. There is an interview with Marg in this month’s Soap World magazine (Australia). The interview, titled Marg’s Moves, was translated from a French interview that we also translated for you here, but the Soap World version has a few more details. Carla Hay from examiner.com did a brief interview with Marg at the Tony Awards’ gift lounge before the rehearsal. They talked about the nominees that Marg was rooting for, Marg’s plan for the rest of her summer hiatus and Laurence Fishburne, whose decision to leave CSI was announced last week. Marg thought that the news was shocking and she was saddened by it. You can read the full interview at the examiner website.

The 2011 Monte Carlo TV Festival just ended with its award ceremony. CSI was named the most watched TV show in the world for the forth time in the festival’s six-year history. Marg accepted the award on the show’s behalf, but she couldn’t attend the ceremony in Monte Carlo since they’re “getting ready to dive into season 12″. She did give an acceptance speech in a video, though.
