A Fan’s Encounter With Marg

Annette Markin, a fan living in Omaha, NE, was one of the people at Kaleidoscope 2010 organized by the University Hospital Auxiliary in Omaha on April 17, 2010 and was seated at the table with special guest speaker of the evening: Marg Helgenberger. I couldn’t come up with a single “good” question, so I…are you ready for this?…I just sat there and ate my dinner! I DIDN’T SAY ONE WORD THE WHOLE EVENING! Well, that’s not entirely true. My dear, sweet, beloved husband asked if I could have my picture taken with her. As I was standing there, panicking about what I could/should say, I blurted out the only thing I could think of….”Wow! I can’t believe I’m standing here next to you! I love your show! I’m so excited, I hope I don’t pass out!”
